Local Business Owner Jeff Welch Interviewed for  U.S. News & World Report Article

Jeff Welch from Grab The Axe Consulting in Phoenix, Arizona was recently interviewed by U.S. News & World Report contributor Jennifer Pattison Tuohy. Welch, a home security expert was interviewed concerning his knowledge of home security systems, most specifically security cameras.

Interview Excerpt:

“Most perpetrators, if they see a camera, see the home as a harder target,” says Jeff Welch, a former corrections officer and founder of Grab The Axe Security Consulting LLC. “If you have cameras visible, it’s a huge deterrent.” , “Wire-free cameras are very flexible in terms of placement, but you have to wire your cameras to a solar panel or remember to charge their batteries. “If you have to pull out a battery to charge it, that leaves that area exposed unless you have a backup which you can swap out,” Welch says.

Knowing the difficulties and different choices faced by consumers when selecting home security cameras, Tuohy reached out to multiple security experts to provide as full a view as possible of the pros and cons associated with different devices. We highly recommend reading her full article and visiting her website to learn more about her work.
