Cyber Divisions is a platform that bridges cybersecurity, privacy, and policy in Africa with the global community.
“Eight million people connect online for the first time across Africa without knowing what awaits them over the internet, and 821 million people worldwide lose their sensitive data daily to hackers and scammers. People and communities who require this education and awareness are the most vulnerable, and Cyber Divisions aims to change this narrative. Through our Community Support Initiatives, we have brought free online security education and awareness to over 20,000 people across the African continent in the past years. Our goal is to extend this education and awareness to 14 million people in the next two years, a milestone we can only reach with your support.”
At GRAB THE AXE, our Community Support Initiatives extend to proudly supporting the men and women who have served our country. We believe in giving back to those who have sacrificed to protect our freedom and way of life. As part of our ongoing Community Support Initiatives, a portion of every sale goes directly to supporting veterans’ causes and organizations dedicated to enhancing the lives of our nation’s heroes.
Our commitment to veterans is demonstrated through our support for the Wounded Warrior Project. Since 2003, WWP has been a cornerstone of our Community Support Initiatives, advocating for tired veterans and their families. They help donate to the veterans who served us, host and hold fundraisers to help spread awareness, raise money for our veterans, and share inspiring stories online.
Here at GRAB THE AXE, our Community Support Initiatives also include backing K9s for Warriors, a program determined to end veteran suicide. They provide highly-trained service dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, brain injuries, and/or military sexual trauma. Most dogs in the program come from kill shelters, so we’re saving both the dogs and our veterans. This program is a crucial part of our Community Support Initiatives, allowing the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates collective healing and recovery.
We also champion Soldier’s Best Friend as part of our Community Support Initiatives. They “Touch 2 Lives at Once” by assisting veterans and homeless dogs throughout Arizona. Their mission aligns with our Community Support Initiatives, providing veterans dealing with PTSD and/or traumatic brain injuries with service or therapeutic companion dogs. All dogs are rescued from local shelters. Both the veteran and the dog train together, building trust and a bond with one another.
At GRAB THE AXE, our Community Support Initiatives are at the heart of our mission to keep our communities safe and secure. We are proud to extend our support to local law enforcement, first responders, and all those who protect and serve our communities daily. Whether through financial contributions, volunteer work, or simply showing our appreciation, we are committed to giving back to those who put their lives on the line to keep us safe as part of our Community Support Initiatives.
GRAB THE AXE supports the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund within our Community Support Initiatives framework. Their motto is “Respect. Honor. Remember.” Their organization plays a crucial role in memorializing law enforcement heroes who die in the line of duty. Funds have been instrumental in building the National Law Enforcement Museum adjacent to the Memorial in Washington, DC, a project that shares and tells the stories of fallen officers, echoing our commitment to Community Support Initiatives.
We also champion the First Responders Children’s Foundation as part of our Community Support Initiatives. They support the children and families of our First Responder heroes who risk their lives daily in service to our communities. They offer scholarships and grants, provide free toys to kids of first responders during the holidays, and aid children and families of first responders with their mental health. Approximately 593 first responders are killed in the line of duty each year, leaving behind their children and families, a concern directly addressed through our Community Support Initiatives.
At GRAB THE AXE, standing with Ukraine in its fight for freedom and independence is a significant aspect of our Community Support Initiatives. The ongoing Russian invasion threatens Ukraine’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the safety of the entire region. We proudly support Ukraine’s fight for freedom through financial contributions, volunteering, and advocacy efforts, marking a critical component of our Community Support Initiatives.
Here at GRAB THE AXE, we support Razom for Ukraine as part of our Community Support Initiatives. “Razom means “together” in Ukrainian and is a constant reminder of the community it takes to create, build, and do.” They provide critical humanitarian war relief and recovery to as many people as possible. They have provided hundreds of tons of tactical medical kits, hospital supplies, medicines, and communication equipment to aid Ukraine’s fight for freedom, further highlighting the global reach of our Community Support Initiatives.
GRAB THE AXE also backs Ukraine Crisis from Rescue.org under our Community Support Initiatives. The war in Ukraine has had devastating consequences for families, with missile strikes leaving millions without water, electricity, and heating throughout the winter. This war has displaced 5.9 million Ukrainians inside the country, while 7.9 million more are refugees across Europe. This organization’s goal to provide as much support inside the country as possible aligns with our Community Support Initiatives.
Additionally, under our Community Support Initiatives, GRAB THE AXE supports Doctors Without Borders. While the MSF organization assists many countries, including Syria and Turkey, their aid to Ukraine during its crisis is noteworthy. Around 800 doctors have been dispatched to Ukraine to help. “In conflict zones, MSF does not take sides. We provide medical care based on needs alone and work to reach those most in need of help,” encapsulating the spirit of our Community Support Initiatives in addressing wars, pandemics, and natural disasters.
