Executive Resilience
Coaching & Keynotes
Attackers target leadership when leadership is depleted. The Cognitive Firewall Protocol patches the Human Zero-Day: decision fatigue, burnout, and pressure response, treated with clinical rigor and delivered in operational language.
The Intensive
A structured one-on-one engagement for executives and founders: cognitive load audit, recovery protocols, and pressure-response training, measured before and after. Details on the Resilience Intensive page.
The Intensive →Leadership Teams
Team-level protocols for boards and executive groups, including breach-condition decision drills. A leadership team that has rehearsed pressure makes different calls at 2 AM than one that has only read about it.
The Protocol →Keynotes
Conference and corporate keynotes on the Human Zero-Day, AI-era social engineering, and cognitive security. Field stories and research, no stock-photo slideware.

What is the Cognitive Firewall Protocol?
An evidence-based framework, built by a PhD candidate in Health Psychology, for hardening executive decision-making against the conditions attackers exploit: decision fatigue, chronic stress, and urgency pressure. It treats leadership cognition as critical infrastructure, with protocols instead of platitudes.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither in the traditional sense. It is performance protocol work: measurable routines for sleep, decision load, recovery, and pressure response, framed in operational language executives actually use. Clinical referrals happen when they should.
What formats do you offer?
One-on-one coaching intensives for executives and founders, team protocols for leadership groups, and keynotes for conferences and corporate events on the Human Zero-Day, AI-era social engineering, and cognitive security.
Is this Phoenix-only?
No. Facility work is Phoenix-metro; resilience work is national. Keynotes and intensives run on-site anywhere in the US or remote, and most coaching engagements are hybrid.
